Who is responsible for your information?
ADIMEVO MEDICAL ENGINEERING LIMITED, trading as Adimevo, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We provide equipment engineering services across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
For questions about your information, email office@adimevo.ie or call +353 89 978 0922.
What information do we use?
When you submit the enquiry form, email or call us, we use the information you provide: your contact details, town or county, equipment details, the service you need and your description of the work or fault. Your name and phone number are optional in the form.
The form needs an email address, location, service selection and description so that we can assess and respond to the request. Providing these details is your choice; you can contact us by phone instead. Please do not include patient information or other confidential medical information.
Our website, email and form providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information and access times, to deliver and protect their services.
Why do we use it?
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess equipment requirements, prepare quotations, arrange work and keep relevant service records.
Where you request a service for yourself, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract. For enquiries made on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business requests and managing service arrangements. Records required by law are kept to meet the relevant legal obligation.
Enquiries are reviewed by Adimevo. We do not make decisions about service requests solely by automated means.
Form and other service providers
Our online form provider receives and stores submissions and sends enquiry notifications to Adimevo. Our email and website providers also process information needed to deliver messages and the website.
Our enquiry form uses a European service. The form provider states that service data for European accounts is stored in the EU. Technical support may involve access from outside the European Economic Area, including India, under contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures. For more information or a copy of the applicable transfer safeguards, contact office@adimevo.ie.
Information relevant to work you request may also be shared with a manufacturer, supplier or technical service provider where needed to assess or arrange that work. We limit this to information relevant to the request.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond, follow up and arrange the requested work. Related service records may be kept longer where needed for equipment service history, safety traceability, legal or tax obligations, or resolving a claim.
The retention period depends on those purposes and any applicable legal requirements. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of the information you provided. Contact office@adimevo.ie to make a request.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us about your circumstances so that we can assess your request.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or to the Information Commissioner’s Office where UK data protection law applies, including Northern Ireland.
